3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account with Solvent Security. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our services. You must:

• Not engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or unauthorized access.
• Not attempt to tamper with, hack, or damage any aspect of our systems, including software, hardware, or security measures.
• Not use the services to transmit harmful materials, such as viruses or malware.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for services provided by Solvent Security are outlined in the service agreement. Payments for installation, monitoring, maintenance, and any other services must be made as specified in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. You are responsible for any applicable taxes related to your use of our services.

6. Equipment and Installation

Solvent Security provides the necessary equipment for your security system, which may include cameras, sensors, alarms, and related devices. The installation of this equipment will be carried out by our professional technicians. All equipment remains the property of Solvent Security until all payments are completed. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to remove the equipment.

7. Monitoring and Support

Our monitoring services include constant surveillance of your home security system, and we will notify emergency services in the event of an alarm or breach. We are not liable for any failure in response to an alarm, including situations where emergency services are delayed or fail to respond.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Solvent Security will not disclose your personal information to third parties except as necessary for service provision or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvent Security will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to damage to property, loss of data, or injury. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in question within the last 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing notice to the other party. Upon termination, you must return any equipment provided by Solvent Security, and you will be responsible for any outstanding charges.

11. Force Majeure

Solvent Security will not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if the failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war, or technical malfunctions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Amendments

Solvent Security reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
